🤝 1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using IdeaBiz ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("User," "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and IdeaBiz. We recommend printing or saving a copy for your records.

✅ 2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use IdeaBiz. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you:

• Are at least 16 years old;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
• Are not barred from using the Platform under any applicable law.

🔐 3. Your Account

When you create an account on IdeaBiz, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and current information;
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• All activities that occur under your account;
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts for deceptive purposes. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

💡 4. User Content & Ideas

IdeaBiz allows you to post problems, ideas, execution stories, comments, and updates ("User Content"). You retain ownership of the intellectual property in your User Content, but by posting, you grant IdeaBiz a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the Platform.

Important: IdeaBiz is a community platform. Ideas posted publicly are visible to all users. We strongly advise you to:

• Keep sensitive business details, trade secrets, or proprietary information in the private "Business Model" section;
• Consider protecting your idea through patents or other legal means before sharing publicly;
• Use the access request system to selectively share confidential plans.

IdeaBiz is not responsible for any misuse, copying, or misappropriation of ideas publicly shared on the Platform. Share responsibly.

🚦 5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content;
• Harass, abuse, or harm any other user;
• Spam, scrape, or flood the Platform with automated requests;
• Impersonate any person or entity;
• Share content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems;
• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose without our written consent.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent banning.

All Platform code, design, logos, trademarks, and original content created by IdeaBiz are the exclusive property of IdeaBiz and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any part of the Platform without explicit written permission.

🤝 7. Connections & Networking

IdeaBiz facilitates connections between founders, experts, and investors. We are a platform intermediary and are not a party to any agreement, transaction, or relationship that arises from connections made on the Platform. We make no guarantees about:

• The quality, credentials, or legitimacy of any expert or investor;
• The outcome of any business negotiation or investment;
• The accuracy of profiles or stated experience.

Always perform your own due diligence before entering into any business or financial relationship.

⚠️ 8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IdeaBiz and its founders, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Platform.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

🚪 9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

🔄 10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
