Instead of just listing my achievements, I'd go through the job description line by line, pull out the key skills and responsibilities, and then for *every single bullet point* on my resume, I'd try to rephrase it to directly reflect or answer one of those specific requirements. It's like a personalized 'cheat sheet' for the hiring manager, showing them exactly how I fit their needs, rather than making them search for it. It forces me to tailor everything and cut out irrelevant fluff.
