I've been working on this for 3 months now. We've built the MVP using React Native and Laravel. We currently have 12 verified service providers onboarded in Jaipur and 47 completed bookings. The hardest part was building trust with the first batch of workers — we had to do in-person visits. Revenue this month: ₹8,400 in commissions. Next step: expand to Udaipur and build an automated onboarding flow.
