I've built an MVP for a project management tool specifically for small design agencies. I have a few beta users, but I'm struggling to convert them to paying customers or find new ones. What's the best cold outreach strategy for this niche?

Don't do cold email yet. Instead, go where they hang out. Join design agency Slack groups or subreddits and offer value first. Ask for feedback, not sales.
Try LinkedIn automation. Reach out to agency owners with a very personalized message mentioning a recent project of theirs. Offer a 3-month free trial in exchange for a case study.
Focus on one specific pain point that existing tools like Asana or Trello don't solve for design agencies (e.g., client proofing or feedback loops).
